Travel DOU RN in Zanesville, OH

A Travel Direct Observation Unit Registered Nurse will provide observation and telemetry care in an acute care hospital in Zanesville, Ohio on a 13-week contract. Epic charting is required, and the role supports a level 3 setting with observation, stroke, cardiac, and respiratory care needs.

• Assess observation and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and report changes
• Administer medications and treatments
• Document care accurately in Epic
• Coordinate with the care team for discharge planning and patient education
• Respond to changes in condition and support timely interventions

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• 3 years of current or recent telemetry and medical-surgical experience
• Epic EMR proficiency
• Ability to read telemetry strips
