Travel DOU RN in Zanesville, OH

A Travel Direct Observation Unit Registered Nurse will provide inpatient care in an observation unit at an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Zanesville, Ohio. The unit uses Epic for charting and supports telemetry care in a Level 3 trauma setting.

• Provide direct nursing care to observation patients
• Monitor telemetry and report rhythm changes
• Assess patients and update care plans
• Administer medications and complete treatments
• Document care accurately in Epic
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• 3 years current/recent Telemetry and Med Surg experience
• Epic charting proficiency
• Ability to read telemetry rhythms
