A Travel Dialysis Registered Nurse will care for renal patients in a dialysis unit on a 13-week contract in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatments
- Assess vascular access sites and respond to changes
- Initiate and discontinue dialysis treatments per order
- Administer medications and supportive care as directed
- Track vital signs and treatment tolerance throughout therapy
- Prepare dialysis equipment and supplies for treatment
- Document care and communicate updates to the care team
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
- Basic Life Support certification from AHA
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
