Travel Dialysis RN in Norfolk, VA

A Travel Renal Registered Nurse will provide clinic-based care in an outpatient nephrology setting in Norfolk, Virginia on a 13-week contract. The role supports pediatric patients with assessments, care coordination, education, and provider support in a children’s hospital clinic.

• Provide developmentally appropriate psychosocial and clinical care
• Complete patient assessments and monitor individual needs
• Coordinate outpatient nephrology care with the provider team
• Educate patients and families on care plans and clinic services
• Support quality assurance and regulatory compliance
• Assist with updating clinic policies and procedures

• Current Virginia Registered Nurse license or valid Compact State Registered Nurse license
• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
• Recent direct pediatric experience
• CPR certification within 45 days of hire

• Renal or nephrology clinic experience
• Three to five years of progressive clinical experience in the related specialty
• BSN, MSN, or Nurse Practitioner preparation
• Professional certification in the area of expertise
