Travel CVOR RN in Mckinney, TX

A Travel CVOR Registered Nurse will support perioperative care in the operating room on a 13-week contract in McKinney, Texas. The unit has 7 OR suites, an estimated 1:1 ratio, and uses Meditech. Cases include general, trauma, neuro, ortho/spine, robotics and urology.

• Prepare the operating room for surgical cases
• Assist with circulating duties for general, trauma, neuro, ortho/spine, robotics and urology procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and support the surgical team
• Monitor patient safety throughout the perioperative workflow
• Coordinate instruments, supplies and equipment for cases
• Document care in Meditech

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• 1 year of operating room experience
• Neuro and ortho/spine operating room experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
