Travel CVOR RN in Lawton, OK

A Travel Cardiovascular Operating Room Registered Nurse will support surgical patients throughout procedures and recovery in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Lawton, Oklahoma. The unit centers on perioperative care, patient preparation and recovery education.

• Prepare patients for operative and procedural care
• Assist surgeons and perioperative staff during procedures
• Monitor patient condition before, during and after surgery
• Maintain sterile technique and a safe environment
• Document assessments, interventions and patient responses
• Educate patients and families on recovery expectations
• Coordinate handoff communication across the perioperative continuum
