Travel CVOR RN in Columbia, SC

A Travel CVOR Registered Nurse will assist with cardiovascular operating room care for adult and geriatric surgical patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Columbia, South Carolina. The 5-room unit serves adults and geriatrics, and first-time travelers are welcome.

• Assist with open heart and vascular procedures
• Prepare the room, equipment, and supplies for surgical cases
• Support scrub and circulating duties during cases
• Maintain sterile technique throughout the procedure
• Monitor the patient and respond to intraoperative needs
• Document care and communicate changes in patient status

• Current Registered Nurse license in South Carolina or a compact/multistate RN license
• BLS certification
• 2 years of CVOR experience
• Open heart experience
• Vascular experience

• ACLS certification
• Trauma Level I experience
• Charting system experience
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
