Travel CVICU RN in Portland, OR

A Travel Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide coordinated nursing care for critically ill cardiac patients in an acute care hospital in Portland, Oregon on a 13-week contract. The unit supports interdisciplinary care in a high-acuity setting.

• Provide coordinated nursing care for assigned cardiovascular ICU patients
• Assess patient status and respond to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments within nursing scope
• Coordinate care with physicians and other disciplines
• Supervise assigned nursing staff as needed
• Document care and use the nursing process to guide interventions

• Oregon Registered Nurse license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Critical care nursing skills
• Strong critical thinking and independent judgment
