Travel CT Tech in Richmond, VA

A Travel Certified CT Technologist will provide computed tomography imaging support in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Richmond, Virginia. The unit performs head, chest, abdomen and pelvis studies with and without contrast.

• Perform CT imaging studies of the head, chest, abdomen and pelvis
• Prepare patients for scans and explain imaging steps
• Support contrast imaging procedures and monitor patient tolerance
• Verify patient identity and imaging orders before procedures
• Maintain image quality and document completed exams
• Assist with workflow in the radiology unit and respond to urgent imaging needs

• Certified CT technologist
• BLS certification
• Current CPR certification
• Virginia license
• Two years of hospital experience
