Travel CT Tech in Richmond, VA

A Travel CT Tech Radiologic Technologist will provide CT and portable x-ray imaging support in a busy freestanding emergency room on a 13-week contract in Richmond, Virginia. The setting is acute stroke ready, with 12 beds, moderate pediatric volume, and Meditech and Sectra charting.

• Provide independent CT and x-ray coverage in the emergency room
• Perform routine CT imaging and portable x-ray studies
• Prepare patients and explain imaging steps before exams
• Verify orders, review patient information, and document studies
• Support timely imaging for adult and pediatric patients
• Maintain equipment readiness and follow imaging protocols

• Virginia radiologic technologist license or compact license
• ARRT certification and ARRT-CT certification
• CPR certification
• 2 years of hospital-based CT experience
• Ability to work independently
• Professional communication skills
