Travel CT Tech in Petaluma, CA

A Travel CT Tech Radiologic Technologist will perform CT and X-ray imaging in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Petaluma, California. The department is moderately busy, serves mainly outpatient and emergency patients, and includes some operating room cases. About 80 exams are performed daily across imaging.

• Perform CT and X-ray studies for outpatient, emergency, and operating room patients
• Assist with fluoroscopy studies, portables, and C-arm imaging
• Prepare and administer contrast media for cross-sectional exams
• Position patients for abdomen, chest, head, pelvis, and trauma imaging
• Support CT arthrography, vascular CTA, and other advanced imaging exams
• Maintain PACS workflow and coordinate with the imaging team

• ARRT-CT certification
• BLS certification
• California fluoroscopy permit
• 2 years of CT experience
• Community hospital experience
• PACS experience and contrast administration skills

• Biopsies, drainage, and myelography
• Brain perfusion and colonography
• Philips equipment and peripheral IV starts
