Travel CNA in Seattle, WA

A Travel Certified Nursing Assistant will provide daily care in a long term care and transitional care unit in Seattle, Washington on a 13-week contract. The unit serves adults and geriatrics, works with 1:15-25 ratios, and uses Net Solutions for charting.

• Provide personal care for adults and geriatrics
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and positioning
• Take vital signs and report changes in condition
• Support bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting needs
• Maintain hygiene, linens, and bedside care
• Use infection control and PPE practices
• Operate Hoyer lift and sit-to-stand equipment as directed

• Active Washington Certified Nursing Assistant license
• BLS certification
• 1 year of skilled long term care/transitional care experience
• Net Solutions charting experience
• Prior travel experience

• Hoyer lift experience
• Long Term Acute Care experience
