Travel CNA in Meeker, CO

A Travel Certified Nursing Assistant will provide direct care and support to residents in a skilled nursing facility on a 13-week contract in Meeker, Colorado. The role supports long term care residents with daily routines, comfort, and safety in a small community setting.

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals
• Support transfers, ambulation, and repositioning
• Monitor comfort, safety, and changes in condition
• Document care and report observations to the nursing team
• Follow care plans and infection control practices
• Provide respectful, person-centered daily support

• Current unrestricted Colorado Certified Nursing Assistant certification
• BLS/BCLS
• 4 years of long term care experience
• Basic bedside care, mobility assistance, and communication skills
