Travel Cath Lab Tech in Sanford, FL

A Travel Cath Lab Technologist will support invasive cardiac procedures in a hospital setting on a 26-week contract in Sanford, Florida. The unit includes two cath rooms, one EP room, and a holding area, with 1:1 and 2:1 patient ratios. It uses electronic charting and serves a Level II trauma center with advanced cardiovascular care.

• Assist with cath and EP procedures, including PCI and structural heart cases
• Monitor patients before, during, and after invasive procedures
• Scrub and circulate for electrophysiology and cardiac interventions
• Prepare rooms, equipment, and sterile supplies for cases
• Operate imaging and hemodynamic documentation systems
• Support emergency cardiac interventions and device deployment
• Collaborate with physicians and RN staff in the lab

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• ARRT certification or RCIS certification within 3 years of hire if not a radiologic technologist with ARRT
• Advanced EP circulating, scrubbing, and monitoring skills
