Travel Cath Lab Tech in Port Charlotte, FL

A Travel Cath Lab Technologist will assist with cardiac catheterization procedures in an acute care hospital for a 26-week contract in Port Charlotte, Florida. The cath lab supports cardiovascular patients and relies on careful sterile technique and close patient monitoring.

• Prepare the procedure room, equipment, and supplies
• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
• Support patient positioning, prep, and continuous monitoring
• Maintain sterile technique throughout the procedure
• Record procedure data and assist with documentation
• Help with room turnover and equipment readiness between cases

• Graduation from an accredited cardiovascular technology or radiologic technology program
• Knowledge of sterile technique and cath lab workflow
• Ability to assist with patient monitoring during procedures
• Basic understanding of cardiac anatomy and cardiovascular procedures
