Travel Cath Lab Tech in Plantation, FL

A Travel Cath Lab Technician will support cardiac catheterization and special procedures in an acute care hospital on a 26-week contract in Plantation, Florida. The unit has 4 rooms, a 1:1 patient ratio, and uses Meditech and MacLab.

• Prepare cath lab rooms, supplies and equipment
• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
• Scrub for cath, angiography and special procedures cases
• Support patient preparation, monitoring and recovery workflow
• Maintain sterile technique and procedural documentation support
• Collaborate with the RN and provider team during cases

• ARRT certification
• Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
• Cath lab and special procedures competency
• Scrubbing experience in interventional settings

• RCIS certification
