Travel Burn ICU RN in Plano, TX

A Travel Burn ICU Registered Nurse will provide care for burn and trauma patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Plano, Texas. The unit uses Meditech and a 2:1 ICU ratio. Critical care equipment supports burn and trauma care.

• Provide direct nursing care for burn and trauma ICU patients
• Monitor hemodynamic status and respond to changes in condition
• Perform wound care and support complex dressing needs
• Assist with codes, EVD care, and massive transfusion protocol
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with the team to deliver safe critical care

• Active Registered Nurse license in Texas
• Trauma, burn, and surgical ICU experience
• Communication and critical thinking skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• CCRN certification
