Travel Anesthesia Tech in Portland, OR

A Travel Anesthesia Tech will support anesthesia care in a short term acute care hospital in Portland, Oregon for a 16-week contract. The unit serves neonates through geriatrics in a teaching hospital and uses Epic. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Prepare anesthesia equipment, monitors, airway tools, and supplies for cases
• Assist anesthesia providers with intubation, line setup, and urgent airway needs
• Support patient positioning, transport, and safe handoffs in the operating room
• Draw blood from venous and arterial access under direction
• Perform anesthesia machine checks and basic troubleshooting
• Document procedures and maintain infection control, laser, radiation, and sterility practices

• BLS certification
• 1 year of anesthesia tech experience
• Charting system experience
• Operating room and anesthesia equipment experience
• Airway management, intubation, IV access, and blood draw skills
