A Per Diem Pathologists Assistant will support pathology specimen processing and examination in an acute care hospital in Marina Del Rey, California.

• Assist with gross examination and dissection of surgical specimens
• Prepare tissue samples and documentation for pathologist review
• Record specimen descriptions and measurements
• Support specimen handling, labeling, and laboratory workflow
• Maintain quality and safety practices in specimen processing
• Coordinate routine tasks with the care team

• 1 year of recent Pathology Assistant experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in health science
• PA ASCP certification
