Travel X-Ray Tech in Portland, OR

A Travel X-Ray Tech Radiologic Technologist will perform diagnostic imaging in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Portland, Oregon. It supports a teaching hospital, uses Epic, and serves neonates through geriatrics. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Perform diagnostic radiography for adult, pediatric, neonatal, and geriatric patients
• Assist with bedside, portable, C-arm, and operating room imaging
• Obtain images of the chest, abdomen, spine, pelvis, and extremities
• Support emergency department, ICU, and inpatient imaging needs
• Prepare patients and equipment while following radiation safety practices
• Maintain isolation precautions and assist with contrast media administration

• Oregon Radiologic Technologist license
• ARRT Registered Technologist credential
• BLS certification
• 1 year of large acute care hospital radiography experience
• Bedside, portable, and C-arm imaging experience
• Radiation safety, infection prevention, and isolation precautions skills

• Fluoroscopy permit
• Epic and PACS experience
• Carestream or O-arm experience
• Teaching hospital or community hospital experience
