Travel X-Ray Tech in Knoxville, TN

A Travel X-Ray Tech Radiologic Technologist will provide diagnostic imaging support in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Knoxville, Tennessee. The unit supports a large level I trauma center with OR, ED, inpatient, outpatient, and portable imaging needs. Siemens and GE equipment are in use.

• Perform diagnostic x-ray exams for ED, inpatient, outpatient, and portable needs
• Assist with OR imaging in a trauma hospital setting
• Position patients and obtain quality images
• Verify imaging orders and coordinate with the care team
• Follow radiation safety and infection control practices
• Maintain equipment readiness and document completed studies

• BLS certification
• ARRT certification
• 2 years of radiology experience
• Extensive OR experience
• Experience with Siemens and GE equipment

• Level I trauma center experience
• High-volume hospital experience
• Intraoperative imaging experience
