Travel X-Ray Tech in Hilo, HI

A Travel X-Ray Tech Radiologic Technologist will provide diagnostic imaging in a diagnostic radiology unit in Hilo, Hawaii on a 13-week contract. The role uses fixed, fluoroscopy, portable, and C-arm equipment.

• Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations
• Operate fixed, fluoroscopy, portable, and C-arm equipment
• Position and prepare patients for imaging studies
• Assist radiology team during imaging procedures
• Follow radiation safety practices and quality standards
• Document exams in the electronic record
• Maintain patient comfort and workflow in the imaging area

• Current Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license by start of assignment
• Current ARRT certification
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum two years of independent experience as a registered radiologic technologist
• Knowledge of radiation safety and radiographic equipment operation

• Epic EMR experience
• Digital radiography, fluoroscopy, C-arm, and portable imaging experience
