Travel Ultrasound Tech in Thornton, CO

A Travel Ultrasound Tech Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer will provide diagnostic imaging in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Thornton, Colorado. The unit has 7 staff and uses Meditech charting with GE ultrasound equipment.

• Perform abdominal, pelvic and DVT ultrasound studies
• Prepare patients and explain imaging steps
• Capture high-quality images for interpretation
• Document exams in Meditech
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and exam areas
• Follow imaging protocols and safety practices

• Minimum 6 months of current sonographer experience
• BLS certification
• ARRT (S) or ARDMS certification
• Active Colorado license

• Meditech charting experience
• Radiologic technology experience
