Travel Ultrasound Tech in Dubuque, IA

A Travel Ultrasound Technologist will provide diagnostic imaging support in the ultrasound unit of an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Dubuque, Iowa.

• Prepare patients for ultrasound examinations
• Perform diagnostic sonography and obtain quality images
• Review orders and confirm study details with the care team
• Position patients and adjust equipment for accurate imaging
• Assist with image documentation and report workflow
• Follow safety, infection control, and patient privacy practices
• Support daily ultrasound unit operations as assigned

• BLS certification
• Completion of an accredited ultrasound or diagnostic medical sonography program
• Diagnostic sonography skills
• Patient positioning and image acquisition skills
• Electronic documentation and teamwork skills
