Travel Telemetry RN in Farmington, CT

A Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide bedside care in an acute care hospital for a 14-week contract in Farmington, Connecticut. The unit serves medical, oncology, hospice, med-surg overflow, and surgery and ortho patients and uses Epic for charting.

• Assess telemetry and medical patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and escalate changes
• Administer medications and support treatments
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments, care, and response in Epic
• Recognize deterioration and notify the care team promptly
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Active Connecticut Registered Nurse license
• 2 years of telemetry experience
• BLS and ACLS
• Basic dysrhythmia interpretation and EKG skills
• NURSYS verification
