Travel Telemetry RN in Concord, CA

A Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide care for telemetry and medical-surgical patients in a hospital unit on a 13-week contract in Concord, California. The role also supports PCU care within scope of skill set and cardiac cath pre- and post-procedure patients.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms and respond to changes in patient status
• Provide bedside care for medical-surgical, telemetry and PCU patients
• Complete assessments, medication administration and care plans
• Support pre- and post-procedure care for cardiac cath patients
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate treatment and discharge needs
• Document patient care and unit activity accurately

• Active California Registered Nurse license
• 2+ years of recent telemetry experience
• BLS and ACLS
• Prior travel experience
• Telemetry skills validation
• NIH Stroke Scale

• EPIC experience
• PCU experience
