Travel Skilled Nursing Facility RN in Torrance, CA

A Travel Skilled Nursing Facility Registered Nurse will provide rehabilitative nursing care in a hospital-based subacute unit on a 13-week contract in Torrance, California. The unit serves adults and geriatrics, averages 45 to 50 patients daily, and uses Epic charting with typical 1:8-10 ratios.

• Provide rehabilitative nursing care for adults and geriatrics
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the care team
• Administer oxygen therapy and manage peripheral line care
• Maintain isolation precautions and use PPE as indicated
• Document assessments, treatments, and responses in Epic
• Coordinate with respiratory, pharmacy, social services, and support staff

• California Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• 1 year of experience
• Prior travel experience
• Oxygen administration and peripheral line care
• Isolation precautions and PPE
• Charting system experience
