A Travel Skilled Nursing Facility Registered Nurse will provide patient care in a skilled nursing unit on a 13-week contract in Janesville, Wisconsin. The role uses the nursing process, supports interdisciplinary care, and focuses on individualized care planning and documentation.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members on patient care
• Administer medications and treatments according to nursing standards and state practice laws
• Document assessments, interventions, and responses to care
• Develop and carry out individualized plans of care and patient education
• Support quality improvement activities and shared governance
• Share clinical expertise and escalate safety concerns appropriately

• Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
