Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Lima, OH

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide cardiopulmonary services in a long-term acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Lima, Ohio. The role supports inpatients and outpatients with diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care, including ventilator support, airway maintenance, and invasive and non-invasive procedures.

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care
• Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures
• Manage ventilators and maintain airways
• Deliver medicated aerosols and ordered respiratory therapies
• Obtain blood gases and support arterial line procedures
• Assist with intubations and pulmonary function studies
• Support cardiac and pulmonary stress testing

• Ohio Respiratory Therapist license
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist or Certified Respiratory Therapist credential
• Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications through American Heart Association
