Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Lansing, MI

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide respiratory therapy and patient care in a respiratory services unit in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Lansing, Michigan. The role supports diagnostic and therapeutic pulmonary and cardiovascular care, patient education, equipment checks, and documentation.

• Perform therapeutic and diagnostic pulmonary and cardiovascular procedures
• Evaluate patient response to respiratory therapy and take corrective action as needed
• Educate patients and staff on respiratory procedures, equipment use, and safety precautions
• Inspect equipment and complete routine maintenance and service checks
• Document care, reports, and related records accurately
• Follow physician orders, hospital policies, and departmental standards of care

• BLS
• NBRC certification
• Michigan Registered Respiratory Therapist license
