Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Dunn, NC

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide respiratory therapy support in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Dunn, North Carolina. The unit serves adolescents, adults, pediatrics and geriatrics, uses Epic charting, and welcomes first-time travelers.

• Deliver respiratory therapy for mixed-age patients
• Assist with bronchoscopy and EBUS support
• Manage airway care, suctioning and tracheostomy care
• Perform ABG draws and support interpretation
• Monitor ventilator settings, weaning and oxygen therapy
• Respond to respiratory distress with the care team

• 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• BLS certification
• CRT credential
• Epic charting experience
• Community hospital experience

• ACLS, PALS and NRP
• Teaching hospital experience
• Trauma Level I or II experience
