Travel Radiology Technologist in Columbia, SC

A Travel Radiology Technologist Computed Tomography Technologist will perform multimodality imaging in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Columbia, South Carolina. The unit serves adolescents, adults, and geriatrics with about 40 exams daily and uses Epic and Sectra. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Perform CT and x-ray exams for emergency department, inpatient, and outpatient patients
• Prepare patients for contrast studies and support contrast administration
• Position patients and produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Apply radiation safety and isolation precautions
• Assist with trauma, head, chest, abdomen, and vascular imaging
• Document studies in Epic and PACS

• ARRT Radiography and Computed Tomography certification
• SCRQSA Radiography and Computed Tomography credentials
• BLS certification
• 1 year of CT experience
• Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program
• Epic and PACS experience

• Siemens scanner experience
• Peripheral IV start skills
