Travel Progressive Care Unit RN in Round Rock, TX

A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide care for progressive care patients in a hospital unit on a 13-week contract in Round Rock, Texas. The 34-bed unit uses bedside monitors and works with a 4:1 patient ratio.

• Monitor and assess progressive care patients
• Administer medications and coordinate treatments
• Respond to changes in condition and escalate concerns
• Assist with emergent chest tube placement
• Assist with midline and PICC care
• Assist with bedside bronchoscopy support
• Use bedside monitors and patient-lift equipment

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Progressive care nursing skills

• CATN, TCAR, or TCCN
