Travel Post Partum RN in Denver, CO

A Travel Postpartum Registered Nurse will provide postpartum care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Denver, Colorado. The 23-bed mom and baby unit uses Meditech and CPN, supports nursery care, and works with estimated ratios of 3:1 or 4:1.

• Monitor maternal vital signs and recovery
• Administer medications and support pain management
• Provide perineal care and routine postpartum nursing care
• Educate parents on newborn care, safety, and bonding
• Collaborate with nurses, CNAs, and providers
• Support nursery care and respond to changing patient needs

• Colorado Registered Nurse license
• BLS and NRP
• Minimum 1 year of current hospital postpartum or mother-baby experience

• Mother-Baby unit experience
• Ability to adapt quickly to new situations
