Travel Polysomnographer in Canton, GA

A Travel Polysomnographer Registered Polysomnographic Technologist will monitor sleep studies in a sleep disorder lab within an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Canton, Georgia. The role serves adolescent, adult and geriatric patients and uses sleep testing equipment to track sleep activity, arousals and respiratory patterns.

• Prepare patients and testing equipment for sleep studies
• Monitor polysomnograms during testing
• Document study findings and observations per policy
• Observe sleep activity, movement arousals and respiratory patterns
• Support testing across adolescent, adult and geriatric patients
• Communicate clearly with the care team

• Current and unrestricted Registered Polysomnographic Technologist certification or registration
• Current BLS certification
• 2 years of recent experience in sleep study activity
• Strong written and oral communication skills
