Travel Physicist in Atlanta, GA

A Travel Medical Physicist will support radiation oncology services in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Atlanta, Georgia. The role supports treatment planning, quality assurance, and equipment safety in the radiation oncology unit.

• Perform radiation therapy quality assurance and safety checks
• Review treatment plans and verify calculations
• Support machine calibration and routine physics measurements
• Assist with patient-specific dosimetry and chart review
• Collaborate with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, and therapists
• Maintain regulatory and documentation standards

• Master's degree in Medical Physics or related field
• 2 years of recent medical physics experience
• AHA BLS
• ABR certification or eligibility
