Travel Phlebotomist in Winchester, MA

A Travel Phlebotomist will collect blood specimens for inpatient and outpatient draws in an acute care hospital laboratory on a 3-week contract in Winchester, Massachusetts. EPIC is used for documentation, and inpatient experience is important.

• Collect venous blood specimens from inpatient and outpatient patients
• Verify patient identity, prepare supplies, and label specimens correctly
• Process specimens and coordinate timely delivery to the laboratory
• Maintain infection control and safe collection practices
• Document collection activity and patient information in EPIC
• Support laboratory workflow and respond to collection needs

• Active phlebotomy certification
• BLS certification
• EPIC experience
• Inpatient phlebotomy experience
