Travel Pharmacy Tech in Pittsfield, MA

A Travel Pharmacy Technician will assist with medication preparation, mixing, compounding, and dispensing in a hospital pharmacy in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, on a 13-week contract. The role supports patients, clinics, and employees with limited pharmacist supervision and uses automation software and standard pharmacy systems.

• Prepare, mix, compound, and dispense medications under pharmacist supervision
• Follow hospital policies and department SOPs for pharmacy operations
• Support medication control and distribution for patients, clinics, and employees
• Use automation software and pharmacy technology to process medication tasks
• Calculate doses and measurements using fractions, ratios, and decimals
• Communicate with pharmacists, nurses, and other staff to complete daily work
• Assist with medication deliveries to designated destinations

• Massachusetts pharmacy technician license
• BLS certification
• Certified Pharmacy Technician certification
• Moderate computer skills with pharmacy automation software
• Strong math skills with fractions, ratios, and decimals
