Travel Pharmacy Tech in Austin, TX

A Travel Pharmacy Technician will support sterile compounding and medication preparation in a hospital pharmacy on a 13-week contract in Austin, Texas. The unit uses Meditech and includes IV room work in an acute care hospital setting.

• Prepare sterile compounded products using aseptic technique
• Assist with IV room operations and medication preparation
• Support medication dispensing and distribution activities
• Maintain inventory, supplies, and pharmacy storage areas
• Document pharmacy work and patient-related tasks in Meditech
• Follow hospital pharmacy procedures and quality standards

• Texas Pharmacy Technician registration
• Hospital pharmacy experience
• IV room certification experience
• Sterile compounding and aseptic technique experience
• Meditech experience
