Travel Pediatrics RN in Seneca, SC

A Travel Pediatrics Registered Nurse will provide care for neonates, infants, and pediatric patients in an acute care hospital pediatric unit in Seneca, South Carolina on a 13-week contract. The unit has 9 beds, an average daily census of 4, and uses Epic for documentation. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Provide direct nursing care for neonates, infants, and pediatric patients
• Administer medications, blood products, and IV therapies
• Monitor telemetry and assess for dysrhythmias and seizures
• Support feeding, suctioning, oxygen delivery, and NG tube care
• Assist with central line, peripheral line, and implanted line management
• Coordinate with respiratory therapy, pharmacy, and other support teams

• South Carolina Registered Nurse license
• BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
• 1 year of pediatric nursing experience
• Pediatric step-down and med-surg/tele skills
• NICU cross-training

• Previous charge experience
• Teaching hospital experience
• Community hospital experience
• Epic charting system experience
