Travel Pediatrics OR RN in Indianapolis, IN

A Travel Pediatric Operating Room Registered Nurse will provide perioperative care in a pediatric hospital on a 12-week contract in Indianapolis, Indiana. The unit serves neonates through adults in a Level I pediatric trauma center and uses Cerner.

• Prepare the operating room and sterile field for pediatric surgical cases
• Assist with scrub and circulating duties across general, trauma and specialty cases
• Support surgeons and anesthesia during complex pediatric procedures
• Monitor instruments, supplies and specimen handling
• Document perioperative care in Cerner
• Maintain infection control and patient safety standards

• Indiana Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• 3 years of operating room experience
• Pediatric operating room experience
• Level I trauma center experience
• Scrub and infection control skills

• Cerner charting system experience
• Complex spine and neurosurgical case experience
