Travel OR Circulate RN in Sitka, AK

A Travel Operating Room Circulating Registered Nurse will manage surgical cases in a hospital operating room on a 13-week contract in Sitka, Alaska. The role covers elective and emergency procedures across abdominal, thoracic, urology, ENT, plastic, orthopedic, vascular, and OB/GYN cases in a rural setting.

• Coordinate circulating care for surgical cases
• Prepare operating rooms and support case readiness
• Assist with elective and emergency procedures
• Monitor patient safety and sterile workflow during surgery
• Communicate case needs with the surgical team
• Document intraoperative care and case activity
• Support efficient room turnover and case flow

• Current, full, unrestricted Alaska Registered Nurse license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years of operating room circulator experience
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS

• Critical access hospital or rural operating room experience
