A Travel OB/GYN Registered Nurse will provide patient care in an observation unit on a 13-week contract in Dickson, Tennessee. The role supports ongoing assessment, treatment coordination, and discharge planning in a hospital setting.

• Assess patients and track changes in condition
• Administer ordered medications and treatments
• Coordinate observation care with the team
• Document assessments, interventions, and responses
• Educate patients and families on plans of care
• Escalate clinical concerns and support safe discharge

• Current Tennessee Registered Nurse license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to prioritize care in a fast-paced observation setting
