Travel OB/GYN RN in Atlantic, IA

A Travel Obstetrics/Gynecology Registered Nurse will provide care in labor and delivery, postpartum, and recovery at a critical access hospital in Atlantic, Iowa on a 13-week contract. The role supports obstetric and med-surg needs in a small hospital setting.

• Assess laboring, postpartum, and recovery patients
• Assist with deliveries and immediate maternal and newborn care
• Administer medications and carry out obstetric nursing interventions
• Support med-surg nursing care as assigned
• Document assessments, treatments, and patient education
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff

• Active Iowa Registered Nurse license
• 1 year of RN - OB/GYN experience
• Current ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP, CPI, ENPC, RNFA, and TNCC
• Current AWHONN, STABLE, ASLS, NBSTSA, APHON, CMA, CCMA, and RMA
