Travel OB/GYN RN in Andalusia, AL

A Travel OB/GYN Registered Nurse will provide care in a hospital unit for a 13-week contract in Andalusia, Alabama. The unit serves obstetric, postpartum, and newborn patients.

• Assess obstetric, postpartum, and newborn patients and update care plans
• Administer medications and ordered treatments
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient status to the care team
• Support activities of daily living, mobility, nutrition, and elimination
• Assist with deliveries, C-sections, fetal monitoring, and newborn care
• Educate patients and families and coordinate discharge planning

• Alabama or multistate Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE, and AWHONN certifications
• 2 years recent RN experience in Level 1 Nursery, Postpartum, OB/GYN, and L&D/LDRP
