Travel NICU RN in Atlanta, GA

A Travel Neonatal Intensive Care Registered Nurse will care for neonates in a neonatal intensive care unit in Atlanta, Georgia on a 13-week contract. The unit uses Epic and provides Level IV NICU care.

• Assess neonates and trend vital signs, respiratory status, and response to treatment
• Administer medications, fluids, and IV therapy according to neonatal protocols
• Manage ventilator support, tracheostomy care, and related respiratory interventions
• Monitor for changes in condition and escalate concerns promptly
• Document care and updates in Epic
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapy, and the care team
• Educate families on neonatal care and equipment support

• Georgia Registered Nurse license
• 2 years of recent NICU experience
• Level IV NICU experience
• Epic charting experience
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification
• Recent travel experience

• Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification
• Level I trauma experience
