Travel Neurology RN in Des Moines, IA

A Travel Neurology Registered Nurse will provide care for neurological patients in an acute care hospital unit on a 13-week contract in Des Moines, Iowa. The role supports assessment, monitoring, treatment, and documentation for patients with complex neurologic needs.

• Perform neurological assessments and monitor changes
• Administer medications, treatments, and ordered therapies
• Support stroke, seizure, and recovery care
• Coordinate care with providers and the interdisciplinary team
• Document findings and patient responses clearly
• Educate patients and families on the plan of care

• Iowa Registered Nurse license
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
