Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Grand Haven, MI

A Travel Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide inpatient nursing care on a floor in an acute care hospital in Grand Haven, Michigan, for a 13-week contract. The unit supports telemetry monitoring and general medical-surgical care.

• Assess patient status and respond to changes in condition
• Monitor telemetry rhythms and report concerning findings
• Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered
• Coordinate daily care with the interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge needs
• Support safe admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Current Registered Nurse license in Michigan
• BLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Strong med-surg and telemetry assessment skills
