Travel Med Surg RN in Spokane, WA

A Travel Medical Surgical Registered Nurse will care for medical-surgical patients in a rehabilitation hospital on a 16-week contract in Spokane, Washington. The unit uses Epic and a 1:6-8 ratio in a teaching setting. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Assess and monitor medical-surgical patients
• Administer medications and ordered therapies
• Manage peripheral IV access and oxygen support
• Support non-invasive airway care
• Maintain isolation precautions and patient safety
• Collaborate with rapid response and code teams
• Document care accurately in the chart

• Washington Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• 1 year of medical-surgical experience
• Charting system experience
• Experience with peripheral line care and oxygen administration
