Travel Med Surg RN in Spokane, WA

A Travel Medical Surgical Registered Nurse will care for adult medical-surgical patients in a rehabilitation hospital on a 16-week contract in Spokane, Washington. The setting is a 91-bed teaching hospital that uses Epic, with typical ratios of 1:6-8. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Assess patient status and respond to changes in condition
• Administer medications and oxygen therapy as ordered
• Manage peripheral lines and maintain isolation precautions
• Support Rapid Response and code team activities when needed
• Provide non-invasive airway support and nasal cannula care
• Document care in Epic and communicate with the care team

• Washington Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• 1 year of medical-surgical experience
• Charting system experience
